Fireworks and Flannels: Fireworks, Beer Tent, Kids Activities
The inaugural Fireworks and Flannels at Waterford Oaks County Park will have a ton of free activities for the family. Presented by Oakland County Parks, the winter event will be held on Sat, Feb. 15, 2025, and will feature:
- Fireworks
- A beer tent
- Food trucks
- Fire pits
- Live entertainment
- An out-and-back race through the park
- Horse-drawn wagon rides
- Live animals from Bowers School Farm
- An illuminated walking path
- The Art Experience
Schedule:
- 3:30 p.m. Kids 1K with Oakie plus kids’ entertainment
- 4 p.m. Flannel Fun Run 5K
- 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Horse drawn wagon rides
- 5-8 p.m. Illuminated walking path, The Art Experience, general activities, food trucks, live entertainment, live animals from Bowers School Farm & beer tent
- 8 p.m. Fireworks
