Open only since early June, the restaurant is already a well-oiled machine serving up delicious, fresh fare. As described by the owners, the menu features rustic, elevated, multicultural cuisine with a seasonal focus as ingredients are sourced locally and served fresh. While their own farm operations won’t be ready to fully sustain the restaurant for a couple years, they are featuring many local partners on their menu and in their gift shop.

You can’t beat the atmosphere of this 300 year-old barn and the food is cooked over a wood fire. So good.
